摘　　要：成人医学高等教育的发展,让不少在基层医疗岗位工作的医卫人员得到进一步深造的机会。随着我国成人教育的发展,作为普通医学高等学校应该充分利用自身的办学优势和办学条件,深入研究影响成人医学高等教育质量的各种因素,完善成人医学高等教育管理体制,构建成人医学高等教育教学质量监控与评价体系,从而适应新形势下成人教育的发展要求。With the development of adults＇ higher education in medical colleges, more and more medical staff who work in the basic medical institutions will have the chance for further trailing and education. So the advantages and rich educational conditions should be made full use of in medical colleges. The series of affecting factors be considered in depth. The management system of adults＇ higher education be improved. The quality supervision and evaluation system of adults＇ higher education be constructed. Only in this way can the adults＇ medical education be adapted to the new situation.
