摘　　要：目的了解目前嘉定区学校健康教育的情况,给教育和卫生管理部门提供决策依据。方法采用统一的学校健康教育调查表进行调查。结果保健教师队伍素质不高,各类学校都能开设健康教育课,仅有45.83%的学校有统一的教材,有41.67%的学校由专职老师上课,95.83%的学校传染病防治知识健康教育做的较好,70.83%的学校有其他形式的健康教育活动。公立学校的学生对健康教育的需求高于私立学校,男女生对健康教育需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同类别的学校学生对教材感兴趣程度不同。结论应保证健康教育课在课程设置中的地位,保证公立私立学校均有专职老师,现有的健康教育教材应该尽快更新,通过健康教育课更好地推动学校健康教育和学校卫生工作的发展。Objective To understand the current situation of health education in schools in JiadinN District so as to provide theevidenee for policy-making. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted for health education oourse. Results The quality of health care teachers was relatively low. There were health education classes in all the schools. Only 45.83% of schools had uniform materials, 41.67% of sclnmls had full-time teachers in health education, 95.83% of schools did better with health education, and 70.83 % of schools had other forms of health education activities. The requirement of students in public schools was higher than that in private schools, and there was a significant difference between boys Kn_d girls for health education etuipments （P〈 0.05）. The interests of students for health education materials were different arncng different types of schools.Health education oourse should have a posifion among all courses, and schools schools have full-time teachers. The health education materials six,old be updated as soon as possible
