摘 要:传统的格雷码编码方式,由于全亮和全暗投影条纹的影响不能获得很好的重构效果。结合双目结构光重构表达式对传统的格雷码编码方式进行了改进,提出了双向扫描的lemming编码形式。首先,根据双目结构光的原理给出了左、右摄像机对物体重构的世界坐标表达式。接着,对传统的格雷码进行了分析,针对传统格雷码中在全亮条纹和全暗条纹处对被测物体不能很好识别的情况,提出了双向扫描lemming方法。此种编码方式保留了传统格雷码相邻区间编码只有一位不同的特性,消除了传统格雷码在全亮条纹和全暗条纹处对被测物体不能识别的情况,并采用投影图案的双向扫描方式,受环境背景噪声干扰小。最后,实验结果表明该方法具有更好的物体重构效果和更强的抗噪声能力。Traditional Gray code encoding can not obtain good reconstruction results due to the effect of all bright stripes and all dark stripes. In this paper, the traditional Gray code encoding is improved based on the reconstruction expressions of the binocular structured light, and a two-way scanning lemming encoding is proposed. Firstly, accord- ing to the principle of binocular structured light, the reconstruction expressions of an object in global coordinate sys- tem for the left and right cameras are given. Then, based on the analysis of the traditional Gray code, a two-way scanning lemming encoding is proposed to overcome the shortcoming that traditional Gray code can not identify the places where only all bright stripes or all dark stripes exist. This encoding method retains the feature that traditional Gray code only has one bit different between adjacent intervals and eliminates the above difficulty of traditional Gray code. The method of two-way scanning projection patterns can hardly be affected by environmental background noise. noise Finally, experiment results show that the proposed method has better reconstruction effect and stronger anti- ability.
