枸杞子提取物对各种常见细菌抑菌及抗炎作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察枸杞子提取物对各种常见细菌抑菌及抗炎作用实验研究。方法采用K-B扩散法和二倍稀释法观察枸杞子提取物对各种常见细菌的抑菌作用;采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶所致小鼠足趾肿胀模型,观察枸杞子提取物的抗炎作用。结果枸杞子提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和链球菌的抑菌作用为中度敏感,对白色念珠菌和绿脓杆菌的抑菌作用为低度敏感。对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、链球菌、白色念珠菌和绿脓杆菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为0.0625、0.0625、0.0625、0.125、0.25g/ml。与生理盐水组相比,枸杞子提取物显著降低小鼠的肿胀度(P<0.01),剂量越高作用越明显。结论枸杞子提取物具有一定的体外抑菌作用和抗炎作用,还具有降脂、抗衰老、抗诱变、耐缺氧、降血糖和对内分泌激素的调节等药理作用。Objective To observe the effects of the extract of Fructus Lycii on antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.Methods The commonly bacteria antibacterial effect and the minimal inhibitory concentration（MIC） were observed by using Kirby-Bauer paper dispersion method and doubling dilution method.The method of xylene-induced ear swelling and carrageena-induced paw swelling in mice were used to determine the anti-inflammatory effects of the extract of Fructus Lycii.Results The extract of Fructus Lycii showed satisfactory bacteriostatic action against staphylococcus aureus,eseheriehia coli and and streptococcus;The extracts had medium antimicrobial effect on pseuclomonas aeruginosa and candida albican.The MICs of extract against above bacterium were as follows：0.0625g/ml,0.0625g/ml,0.0625g/ml,0.125g/ml,and 0.25g/ml.The extract had conspicuously inhibiting effect to the swelling（P0.01）;The higher the dose,the more obvious the effects.Conclusions The extract of Fructus Lycii has certainly antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect.
