围绝经期妇女膳食营养知识需求调查

摘　　要：目的了解泰安市围绝经期妇女膳食结构和营养知识需求状况。方法采取简单随机抽样的方法,对泰安市部分企事业单位862名围绝经期妇女进行问卷调查。结果本次问卷所调查862人的膳食结构没有1人完全符合中国居民平衡膳食宝塔的建议。对营养知识的了解情况无1人全部答对,尤其是食物的营养成分知之甚少。围绝经期妇女最希望获得食物与营养知识的来源从高到低依次为电视(47.28%)、报纸(46.12%)、杂志书籍(26.29%)、广播(23.16%)、专业人员(8.12%)、网站(6.12%)。最希望获得营养知识依次为营养与疾病(42.19%)、平衡膳食(32.15%)、营养不良(27.16%)、其他(18.13%)。结论泰安市部分围绝经期妇女还没有形成良好的饮食习惯;大多数居民有获取食物与营养知识的需求。针对围绝经期妇女的生理特点和需求,应加强合理营养及平衡膳食的咨询指导和健康教育。OBJECTIVE To understand the dietary structure and nutritional needs status of perimenopausal women in Tai＇an. METHODS By using simple random sampling method, questionnaire was used to investigate 862 perimenopausal women in part of enterprises and institutions in Tai＇an. RESULTS When it comes to the dietary structure among these 862 people, no one can fully comply with the Chinese dietary suggestion which was called dietary structure of the pagoda. No one could an- swered the questions in terms of nutrition knowledge, especially about food nutrients. The sources of gaining food and nutrition knowledge including by television （ 47.28% ） , newspapers （ 46.12% ） , magazines and books （ 26.29% ） , broadcasting （23.16%）, professionals （8.12%）, and Internet （6.21%） . What they most want to know were knowledge in terms of nutrition and disease （42.19%）, balanced diet （32.15%）, lack of nutrition （27.16%） and the other aspects （18.13%）. CONCLU- SION Part of perimenopausal women in Tai＇an have not formed a good diet habit, most people are eager for getting food and nutrition knowledge. According to the perimenopausal women＇s physical characteristics and demands, it needs to strengthen the consult and health education.
