摘  要:研究了以赤砂糖为原料,固体三氯化铝为催化剂制备乙酰丙酸的反应。采用了正交实验确定了适宜的反应条件,并用单变量法考察了赤砂糖浓度、反应温度、催化剂的投加量、反应时间等对乙酰丙酸收率的影响,优化了最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:在赤砂糖浓度为20 g/L、反应温度160℃、催化剂加入量为2 g、反应时间20 min时,乙酰丙酸的收率最大,达到42.59%。Production of levulinic acid from brown granulated sugar catalyzed by aluminum chloride was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal design. The effects of technological condition such as the concentration of brown granulated sugar, reaction temperature, amount of catalyst and reaction time on the yield of levulinie acid were investigated and optimized the optimum conditions. The result showed that the best yield of levulin- ic acid was 42.59% under the optimum conditions: the brown granulated sugar concentration of 20g/L, reaction tem- perature of 160℃ ,amount of catalyst used 2g,reaetion time of 20min
