摘　　要："园艺植物种子学"教学过程中存在内容多、课时少,教学手段和方法单一,实验教学内容和模式陈旧等主要问题。西北农林科技大学依据"新、精、专"的原则,注重综合性、实用性,对教学内容进行精炼、优化和更新;采取多样化的教学方法,优化课堂讲授,提高了教学效果;以追踪学科发展前沿、培养学生动手能力和创新能力为出发点,构建和优化了该课程实验教学的内容体系和教学模式。＂Seed Science of Horticultural Crops＂ is beset with such problems as over-feeding content in the limited class hours,monotonous instructional medium and method,and out-dated practice teaching materials and mode.In line with the principle of ＂new,refined and specialized＂,Northwest A F University right-sized,optimized and updated the teaching materials for more comprehensiveness and practicality,diversified the teaching methods and improved the classroom instruction for higher teaching efficacy and set up a new practice teaching system with optimized content and mode to keep abreast with the disciplinary development and to train the students＇ innovative capacity and practical skills.
