摘　　要：目的探讨两性畸形患儿外科治疗中的相关伦理问题。方法选取两性畸形患儿21例,经过全面的术前准备及符合伦理的临床抉择后,根据个体需求及条件分别行手术及相关治疗。结果所有患儿无明显近期术后并发症,术后恢复良好,随访期间无明显心理波动现象。结论两性畸形的治疗是综合性治疗,医生在事先应充分告知患儿父母疾病情况,治疗手段及预后情况,严格执行知情同意,同时积极发挥伦理委员会的作用。Objective：To discuss the ethical issues in surgical treatment of pediatric hermaphroditism. Meth- ods：After a thorough preoperative preparation and ethical clinical decision, 21 children with hermaphroditism un- derwent surgical and related treatment according to individual needs and conditions. Results：All patient children have no obvious postoperative complications and psychological fluctuation during the follow - up period. Conclu- sion： The surgical treatment of pediatric hermaphroditism is a comprehensive treatment, thus it needs to fully inform children＇s parents of the illness, treatment and prognosis, strictly implement the informed consent, and play an ac- tive role of ethics committee.
