摘 要:为探讨临床实习生医患沟通中存在的问题及解决方法,作者问卷调查浙江省两所医院实习的多所医学院校学生,了解其医患沟通现状及存在问题,并针对医患沟通的课程设置、课程体系、教学内容和教学方法等方面进行教学改革。对临床实习生加强医患沟通培训迫在眉睫,医患沟通课程的教学改革应尽快实施。Objective The study was intended to investigate the problem and solution of doctor-patient communication of clinical interns. Method Questionnaires were devised to obtain information of the status and problems among interns from several medical schools in Zhejiang province. The current curriculum for doctor-patient communication training has been reformed by revising the curriculum system, the teaching content and the teaching method. Result The problems having been examined included lack of active communication, lack of communication skills and lack of feedbacks from the patients. However, the interns' ability to communicate with patient of was greatly improved after participating several sessions of doctor-patient communication training. The feedback from both patients and employers showed promising prospects. Conclusion It is of great importance for interns to successfully develop the doctor-patient communication skill so as for them to be able to provide better service to patients. Teaching reform of the curriculum should be put into practice as soon as possible.
