CyclinD_1和ras过表达在胃粘膜细胞癌变中的协同作用

摘　　要：目的　探讨cyclinD1和ras在胃癌中的相互关系。方法　运用免疫组化方法检测cyclinD1和ras在胃癌中的表达。结果　cyclinD1和ras在胃癌中的阳性表达率分别为 59 2 %和 57 1% ,二者在胃癌中的表达显著相关 (P <0 0 5)。cyclinD1阳性表达率与肿瘤大小和组织学类型显著相关 (P<0 0 5)。ras过表达与分化程度和Lauren分型显著相关 (P <0 0 5)。二者过表达与胃癌的淋巴结状况、浸润深度和临床病理分期无关。结论　cyclinD1和ras过表达在胃粘膜细胞癌变中具有协同作用。Objective To evaluate the relationship between the overexpression of cyclin D 1 and Ras in the progression of gastric carcinogenesis.Methods The overexpression of cyclin D 1 and Ras were studied in gastric carcinoma,precancerous lesions by immunohistochemical technique.Results The overexpression of cyclin D 1 and Ras were observed in none of the 20 normal gastric mucosas.The positive rates of cyclin D 1 and Ras were 59.2% and 57.1% in gastric cancer,respectively,and there was a significant correlation between the overexpressions of the two oncogenes ( P <0 05).Cyclin D 1 overexpression closely correlated to size of tumor ( P <0 05) and adenocarcinoma ( P <0 05),while Ras overexpression inversely correlated to poor differentiation ( P <0 05),but closely correlated to intestinal carcinoma ( P <0 05).The overexpression of cyclin D 1 and Ras had no correlation with lymph node status ( P >0 05),depth of invasion ( P >0 05),and clinicopathologic stage ( P >0 05).Conclusion The overexpression of cyclin D 1 cooperated with activated ras in the process of malignant changes in the gastric mucosa and showed no prognostic significance.
