摘  要:利用康复训练器械对受伤下肢进行及时的康复训练是提高下肢康复质量的有效临床干预手段。结合近年来国内外的主要研究成果,分析总结了下肢康复训练器械的研究现状,按驱动方式的不同将下肢康复训练器械进行了分类并分析了各自的特点,同时指出柔顺性、安全性和智能化是下肢康复器械未来的发展方向。For improving the rehabilitation quality, it is an effectively clinical method to make use of the lower limb rehabilitation training appliance for injured lower limb timely. The development situation of lower limb rehabilitation training appliance was analyzed and summarized according to the main study results at home and abroad in recent years. The lower limb rehabilitation training appli- ances were classified based on different drive method and each of its characteristics were analyzed. Also, it is pointed out that the de- velopment direction of lower limb rehabilitation training appliance in the future is compliance, safety and intelligent.
