摘　　要：回顾我国通识教育实施十余年来取得的成绩,总结通识教育实施过程中面临的困境,并借鉴美国同一时期的通识教育改革,阐述目标认同与实施评估的重要性,在此基础上分析我国通识教育改革的目标分解策略。文章指出:明晰并分解通识教育目标,进行通识教育课程再设计以及开展通识教育目标达成度分析是当前改革的重要方面。A review is presented of general education in China in the past ten plus years, with a summary of achievements anddifficulties, a look at the education reform in the U. S. during the same period, a statement of the importance of the identification and evaluation of aims, and an analysis of strategies for categorizing the aims of the general education reform inthis country. It is emphasized that the major tasks in the present reform include clearly defining and categorizing the aims of general education, redesigning related curricula, and assessing the extent of accomplishment of relevant aims.
