摘　　要：本土管理学的发展不仅需要理论创新,也需要研究方法的创新。"镜像组织研究法",拥有当前管理学主流实证方法中所不具备的刻画心理活动等特点,运用这一研究方法存在着科学合理性和可行性。Emphasizing the theory innovation in Chinese indigenous management,the research methods innovation is necessary to be focused on.This paper argues that mirror organization research method,which can describe the mental activity of human in management,has the rationality and feasibility.Also,this method can help scholars to develop the research resources in the literature.
