摘　　要：轮机英语是职业院校轮机工程专业学生的一门必修课程,也是他们通往船员适任证书之路的最大障碍。英语语法基础差乃是学生学习中的一大弱点,而教学任务紧、学生英语基础各异等客观原因使得教师不可能在课堂上系统地讲解语法知识。作者在总结轮机英语语法特点的基础上,指出把握其特点,有针对性地对学生进行语法知识的查漏补缺,能够起到事半功倍的教学效果。Marine engineering English is not only a required course for students majoring in Marine engineering, but also the biggest obstacle on their way to certificate for the Fourth Engineer. Marine engineering English teacher has to explain the grarrmaar concerning the text just because of the poor grammar foundation of the students. However, the emergency of the teaching task and the differences between students make it difficult for teachers to explain the grammar systematically on class. On the basis of summarizing the grammatical characteristics of Matin engineering English, this author proposes that the teacher should give pointed grammar explanation so as to achieve maximum teaching effect with little effort.
