关于提升高职文科毕业生就业竞争力的几点思考

摘　　要：高职文科专业同理工科专业相比具有行业定位难、岗位技能不清晰、课程设置不突出等困难,培养的学生往往无法适应实际岗位的需求,这也使得文科毕业生的就业竞争力普遍不及理工科毕业生。本文围绕高职文科专业的教学现状,从四个方面具体阐述了如何提高学生职业素质和职业技能,增强就业竞争力,从而培养受社会欢迎的高素质、高技能、应用型人才的途径。Compared to the Science and Engineering specialty in higher vocational education, Liberal Arts majors have some difficulties like industry positioning, indefinite skills, and the unreasonable curriculum, the students cultivated by this system can hardly adapt themselves to the demands of practical work, which also makes the employment competitiveness of normal vocational Liberal Arts graduates lower than that of Science and Engineering graduates. Revolving around the present teaching situation of higher vocational Liberal Arts majors, and from four different aspects, this article expounds the methods of how to improve the quality of students＇ professional and vocational skills, how to enhance their employabilities, and thereby foster popular talents with high quality, high social and practical skills.
