应用型人才培养课程创新与师范技能训练模式的构建

摘　　要：培养理论基础扎实、知识面广、能力强,又具有创新精神、高素质、全面发展的优秀师范生,无疑是新办本科师范院校的教育工作者必须思考和解决的命题。师范技能培养体系概括为:一个目标、两类技能、三条途径、五项考核。建立"双师"师范技能教学团队,形成了教师与学生、课内与课外、校内与校外、制度与考核的一系列保障运行机制。实验与实践证明:只有推进教师教育的课程创新,建立完善的师范技能训练体系,我们才能培养出理论基础扎实、知识面广、能力强,又具有创新精神、高素质的优秀师范生。It is necessary to cultivate excellent normal - major students with sound theory, broad width of knowl- edge, strong ability, innovation spirit and high quality. The system of normal ability cultivation can be concluded as follows ： one goal, two kinds of ability, three ways, and five kinds of assessments. Building of teaching teams of normal ability can form effective operation system of teachers and students, in - class and outside - class, in - school and outside school system and assessment. It has been proved that, only by innovating education courses and building perfect training system, can we cultivate excellent students with qualities mentioned above.
