区域商务成本对企业迁移区位选择影响研究——基于纺织业等三大产业面板数据模型

摘　　要：论文运用2003-2010年东中部9省市纺织业等三大产业数据,建立面板数据模型,实证研究区域商务成本对企业迁移区位选择影响。结果表明,可以解释东中部9省市纺织业等三大产业企业迁移区位选择影响程度约占到88.8%-95.7%;纺织业等三大产业企业迁移区位选择主要受到商业设施及土地成本、劳动力成本、政府运作效率和市场化程度的影响,而信息化程度、基础设施、研发能力等因素对企业迁移区位选择决策并不影响;纺织业等三大产业企业迁移区位选择往往偏向于要素成本低而交易成本相对较高的区域。这些结论无论对于迁移企业在进行区位选择时还是政府在制定相关商务政策时,都具有极高的参考价值。The paper makes the empirical research on regional business costs affecting corporate relocation location selection by using textile industry and so on data of 2003 - 2010 years the eastern, central nine provinces and municipalities and establishing panel data econometric models. The results show that business costs can explain 88.8% -95.7% influence degree of location choice of textile enterprises and so on relocation. And in all factors, commercial facilities and land costs, labor costs, government operations efficiency and market-oriented degree are the most important affecting factors, but information technology, infrastructure, research and development capabilities and other factors do not affect on location choice decision-making of the corporate relocation. And location choice of textile enterprises and others relocation is usually biased where factor costs are lower and transaction costs are relatively higher areas. These findings both for enterprise migration location choice and for government formulation business policies have a high reference value.
