摘　　要：在一系列食品安全事故之后,食品安全成为了全世界民众关注的焦点。食品生产企业加强安全管理,是永恒的主题。严把食品安全质量关,必然花费人力、物力、财力。加强食品安全成本管理,是当前食品生产企业的核心管理内容。After a series of food incidents, food safety is becoming the focus of attention of people around the world. Food production enterprises should strengthen safety management, which is the eternal theme. To strict food safety, it must spend manpower, material and financial resources. To strengthen safety cost management is the current management of the company＇s core content in food production.
