摘　　要：针对当前高职院校在青年教师科研能力培养中的问题，从社会、学校及个人等多个层面剖析了制约高职院校青年教师科研能力提升的因素，就如何提高高职院校青年教师科研素质的措施进行了探讨。Based on the analysis of problems existing in the cultivation of researching abilities of young teachers in vocational schools, the paper analyses several restricting factors which hinder young teachers researching abilities from improving and then propose several measure which can be employed to improve researching abilities of young teachers in vocational schools.
