摘 要:采用三元二次回归正交旋转组合设计,研究在自然pH条件下料液比、提取时间、乙醇浓度对脉红螺牛磺酸得率的影响,建立各因子与牛磺酸得率关系的数学回归模型,确定最佳提取条件为料液比1∶3(g/mL)、提取时间2 h、乙醇浓度70%。经验证,在此条件下牛磺酸得率为0.730 7%,与理论计算值0.737 82%基本一致。回归模型能较好地预测脉红螺中牛磺酸的得率,说明响应面分析法得到的脉红螺牛磺酸提取工艺参数真实可靠,具有一定的实用价值。The effects of ratio of solvent to material, treatment time and ethanol concentration on the yield of taurine were investigated at natural pH by using quadratic orthogonal rotary composite design. The mathematical regression model of the relationships between the studied factors and the yield of taurine was constructed and the optimum extraction conditions of taurine were got that were ratio of material to solvent 1:3(g/mL), treatment time 2 h and ethanol concentration 70 %.Under these conditions, the yield of taurine was 0.730 7 %, which was close to the estimated value 0.737 82 % attained by using regression model. As the model for the yield of taurine had better prediction effects, the parameters of taurine extraction for Pulse venosa obtained by response surface methodology were true and reliable which had some practical value.
