摘  要:聋人高等教育教师队伍专业化是未来发展的必然趋势,不仅包括师资力量的壮大和质量的提高,还包括师资队伍综合水平的提升,逐渐扩大聋人教师的比例就是其中的重要内容。建设一支健听教师和聋人教师比例适宜的专业化队伍,对于聋人高等教育具有重要意义。笔者从我国聋人高等教育师资现状入手,分析当前聋人高等教育的发展环境,权衡各项利弊因素,对我国聋人高等教育中扩大聋人教师比例进行可行性分析,并提出几点相关建议。Specialization of teaching staff for the-deaf is an inevitable trend in higher education in the future, which includes not only the growth of the size of the teaching staff and the improvement of the teaching quality, but also the promotion of the comprehensive level of the teaching staff, among which expanding the proportion of deaf teachers gradually is one of important contents. Building a professional team in which deaf and hearing teachers occupy suitable proportion are of great importance to the development of higher education for the deaf. The author starts with the present situation of the teaching staff of higher education for the deaf in China, analyzes its current developing environment, weighs pros and cons, conducts a feasibility analysis of expanding deaf teacher ratio in higher education for the deaf, and finally proposes several related suggestions.
