几种α-淀粉酶校准品和质控品的互换性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨几种α-淀粉酶校准品和质控品是否具有互换性。方法采用临床实验室标准化委员会推荐的方法,测定20份血清和欲评测的校准品和质控品中的α-淀粉酶活性。结果德赛校准品、和光校准品、朗道正常值校准品、朗道高值校准品、朗道正常值质控品、朗道高值质控品、和光正常值质控品、和光高值质控品以及2个批号的卫生部质控品具有互换性;其他3个批号的卫生部质控品不具有互换性。结论使用德赛校准品和朗道质控品,和光校准品和和光质控品可以保证测定结果的准确性;3个批号的卫生部质控品因不具有互换性,因此它们作为室间质量评价的物质是不合适的。Objective To evaluate the commutability of several calibrators and quality control materials of the α-amylase. Methods Activity of α-amylase in 20 serum samples,calibrator and controls were determined by CLSI recommended method. Results The DiaSys calibrator,Heguang calibrator,Randox CAL 2,Randox CAL 3,Randox HUM ASY CONTROL 2,Randox HUM ASY CONTROL 3,Heguang 101Ⅰ,Heguang 101Ⅱand two lot controls of the health ministry are commutable,whereas the other three lot controls of the health ministry are not commutable. Conclusion Use the DiaSys calibrator and the Randox controls,the Hegung calibrator and 101Ⅰand 101Ⅱ can assure the trueness of the measurement results,the three lot controls of the health ministry are not commutable,so they should not be used of the external quality assessment（EQA） controls.
