摘　　要：大学英语教学改革在全国范围内的开展,向适应了传统教学模式的教师提出了挑战,尤其是新课改过程中,教师的角色发生了转变,在多媒体环境下对其重新定位,是改革的关键所在。The dramatic reform of College - English teaching has brought great impacts and challenges to the traditional teaching model and the teacher s role. With the development of education theory and the deepening of reform of China s College - English teaching, the redefinition of teacher s role becomes the critical factor to initiative of teaching. The paper proposes the contents and conditions of this change.
