高职院校开设拓展训练课程必要性之研究

摘　　要：拓展训练是一种新型的培训方式,亦是一种可以引入高校教育序列的新型教学模式。通过这种模式能够促进高校,尤其高职院校教学思维的改革,给高职教学吹来一股清新的风,使高职院校在传统教学方式的基础上更注重体验式教学方法的推广和应用。鉴于拓展训练体验式教学模式的独特性、实践性和先进性,本文从拓展训练的内涵及适应性、大学生素质现状分析及其与拓展训练的关系、拓展训练课程设置的可行性和前瞻性三个方面对高职院校开设拓展训练课程的必要性进行论述。Outward bound training is a new kind of training method, also a new teaching model which can be applied to college education. This model can promote the reform of teaching thinking in colleges, especially in higher vocational colleges, and it brings a new conception which pays more attention to experiential teaching on the basis of traditional education. In view of the specificity, practicality and advance of outward bound training, this article discusses the necessity of establishing outward bound course in higher w）cational colleges from the connotation and adaptability of outward training,the relation between students＇ quality analysis and outward bound training, the feasibility and prospective of curriculum setting.
