摘　　要：教师信念是教师关于教育事业的价值定位与追求,是教师开展教学实践的源动力。良好的教师信念是推动教学实践创新的关键因素,教学实践创新是教师信念的来源与归宿,有助于丰富和发展教师信念。注重个人的反思平衡、建构宽松的文化氛围与改进专业培训方式等措施是实现教师信念培育与教学实践创新结合,在教学实践创新中培育教师信念的有效途径。Teachers＇ beliefs is teacher＇ s value orientation and pursuit of education career and the source power for teachers to launch teaching practice Suitable teachers＇ belief plays a key role in teaching practice innovation. And teaching practice innovation is the origin and destiny of teachers＇ beliefs, it does good to enrich and develop teacher＇s belief. The effective ways to combine belief cultivations with teaching practice innovation are to pay attention to personal reflection balance, construct loose cultural atmosphere and improve professional training mode.
