博克的大学教育目标及其对我国高等教育质量研究的启示

摘　　要：本文对高等教育质量的本质、特征及理论做了综述,简述了教育目的、教育目标与高等教育质量间的关系。引出了哈佛大学前校长德雷克.博克在新著《回归大学之道》中如何反思美国大学本科教育目标,如何评价这些目标的实现程度,并以此来提高高等教育质量。提出了我国大学如何借鉴博克的大学教育目标从而走出提高高教质量认识的误区。This paper summarizes the nature,characteristic and theory of university education quality,describing the relationship between the educational goals,educational objectives and quality of higher education,and introducing the new book Our Underachieving Colleges which was written by Derek Bok,former president of Harvard University.Meanwhile,this paper puts forward the way of using the Bok＇s University educational objectives to remove the misunderstanding of improving the higher education quality,and to improve our higher education quality.
