摘　　要：本文借鉴教育心理学科理论——自我效能感理念,探讨自我效能感与外语教师的教育行为、决策能力的提升之间的关系,分析削弱教师的自我效能感并影响其职业发展的因素,讨论影响教师自我效能感的职业因素、提升教师自我效能感的必要意义和教师自我效能感对教师教育的反省作用。Based on the education psychology subject theory--Perceived Self-efficacy, this paper explores the relationship between perceived self-efficacy and foreign teachers＇ education behavior and decision-making, analyzes the factors weake- ning teachers＇ perceived self-efficacy and influencing their careers, and discusses the career factors influencing teachers＇ perceived self-efficacy, the necessity of enhancing teachers＇ perceived self-efficacy and the teachers＇ reflection of their teachings.
