复方双氯芬酸辣椒巴布贴微生物限度检查方法的验证

摘　　要：目的建立复方双氯芬酸辣椒巴布贴的微生物限度检查方法。方法参照《中国药典》2010年版微生物限度检查方法,采用薄膜过滤法进行本品的微生物方法学验证。结果采用薄膜过滤法可有效去除复方双氯芬酸辣椒巴布贴的抑菌成分,大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉的菌回收率均高于70%。结论该方法准确、可行。Objective To establish a method for microbial limits tests of compound diclofenac pepper cataplasma.Methods The membrane filtration method was used in microbiological methodology verification referring to the microbial limits tests in Chinese Pharmacopeia（2010 Edition）.Results Membrane filtration method was effective in reducing the antibacterial component in compound diclofenac pepper cataplasma,the recovery of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Candida albicans and Aspergillus were all above 70%.Conclusion The method is accurate and feasible.
