摘　　要：全球化时代,以保护国家文化安全、促进民族文化认同、推动民族文化传播为特征的国家文化利益日益凸显。外语教育政策作为国家指导外语教育所采取的行为和举措,已逐渐成为国家提升文化软实力,谋求文化利益的手段之一。外语教育政策必须以科学的语言战略观为指引,以正确的政策目标为取向,以政策系统顺畅运行为保障才能真正维护国家文化利益。In the era of globalization,national cultural interests,characterized by the protection of the national cultural security,the promotion of national cultural identity,and promotion of the dissemination of national culture are highlighted.As a guiding document,foreign language educational policy is often taken advantage of or exploited by a nation to promote soft power,thereby gaining national cultural interests.Foreign language educational policy must be guided by scientific language planning concept,the orientation of the right policy objectives and the smooth operation of the policy system in order to truly safeguard the national cultural interests.
