高职院校内涵建设与服务区域经济良性互动探析——以株洲职业技术学院建设汽车特色院校为例

摘　　要：从服务地方经济建设的实际需求出发,切实加强内涵与特色建设,是高职院校提升核心竞争力需要解决的关键问题。株洲职业技术学院紧紧围绕长株潭城市群"两型社会"建设要求,以汽车产业结构优化升级为契机调整专业布局,以汽车企业关键岗位需求为导向改革培养模式,以汽车特色品牌院校建设为目标创新运行机制,实现了由综合性高职学院向主要服务汽车产业的院校转型,由规模扩张向内涵提升转型,由劳务输出向服务地方经济转型,实现了高职院校内涵建设与服务区域经济的良性互动。To strengthen connotation and characteristic construction starting from serving regional economic development is a key problem that must be solved in enhancing core competitiveness of higher vocational schools.Zhuzhou Vocational and Technical College has achieved effective interaction between connotation construction of higher vocational schools and serving regional economy by transforming from a comprehensive higher vocational college to a characteristic school subjected by automobile specialties,from scale enlarging to connotation enhancing,from labors export to serving local economy.The school adopted the following measures surrounding with the demand of social development： adjusting specialties structure taking the chance of automobile industrial structure optimization and upgrading and reforming talent cultivation model oriented by key post demand of automobile enterprises.
