摘　　要：随着计算机普及,网络已经成为人们学习、工作和生活的重要工具,网络教育已经成为教育现代化的重要手段。网络课程的出现为转变教育思想和教育观念,提高教学质量和教学效率,进行教学改革做了有益尝试。在体育专业中开设双语教学课程,是现代外语教学的内在要求,也是促进教学改革,提高教学质量,培养复合型体育人才的有效方式。建设体育多媒体课件制作双语网络课程用于教学实践,探讨网络课程的设计与应用,旨在为开展体育课程网络教学和双语教学提供参考。Along with the computer popularization, the network has become the important tool in human study, work and life, the network education has become an important means of modem teaching. The emergence of net- work courses make a beneficial attempt on teaching reform by changing education ideas and improving teaching quality and teaching efficiency. The establishment of bilingual education in physical major is the requirement of modem foreign language teaching. It is the effective way to promote the teaching reform and improve the teaching quality and train complex sports talents. Construct sports multimedia courseware bilingual network course and put into teaching practice, the construction and application of network course were discussed for the purpose of physi- cal network course teaching and bilingual teaching.
