免费师范毕业生就业情况调查研究——以西南大学为例

摘　　要：为了解免费师范生就业情况,对西南大学2877名免费师范生和对各省、市教育主管部门开展了调查,发现了免费师范生就业政策及就业工作中存在的一些问题。为更好的落实免费师范生的就业政策,可以从下面几个方面着手:增加就业政策的灵活性;建立省级统筹机制,减少就业的差异性;科学制定招生计划,建立健全的选拔、准入和退出机制;以"实习带就业"为导向,合理布局实习基地建设;健全就业工作队伍,增加就业工作经费投入等。With the purpose of investigating the employment status of tuition-free normal college students, this research makes a survey of 2877 of them and the directors of education in each province and city. During this process, some problems of their employment policy and practical work are found during the research. In order to better carry out employment policy of tuition-free normal college students, the flexibility of these policies should be added accordingly; provincial coordinating systems should be established so that the disparate treatment can be dropped off; enrollment plans should be made reasonablely; the selection, admission and dismiss ion system should also be built; the intern-employment oriented training bases should be well organized; employment working team should be made more sound and more budget should be devoted into employment work etc.
