摘　　要：凡是服务于大众的、对应多元学习需求的、具有个性特点和改革精神的、在一定程度上冲破僵化体制束缚的教育,总是先从民办教育开始实践和推进的。The developing way of the garage cafe meets the general direction of western zhongguancun to improve the environment,adjust the format,and thus attract technological innovation enterprises and enhance regional value and competitiveness.
