摘　　要：以洲际酒店集团的"新学徒项目"为实例,研究重庆工业职业技术学院酒店管理专业"3+2"工学结合模式下教学改革的创新特色和成效。工学结合人才培养模式的改革提高了高职院校的教育教学质量,促进了办学水平和人才培养质量的提高,取得了显著的改革成效以及实现学校、学生和用人单位的多赢局面。By taking ＂New Apprenticeship Program＂ managed by the alliance of Chongqing Industry Polytechnic College with InterContinental Hotels as an analysis case, this paper studies the innovative characteristics and achievement of ＂3＋2＂ talents cultivation model under the mode of the combination of learning with practice for hotel management major of higher vocational colleges. The innovation of work-integrated learning enhances quality of college education and tea- ching, and also improves the school level and personal training quality. The innovation of work integrated learning has made significant reform achievements in current college education system, and ultimately accomplishes common desirability of school, students and enterprises.
