摘  要:当今社会尤其需要大批既精通法学专业知识,又能熟练运用外语的复合型人才,因此法学双语教学逐渐兴起。但法律学习涉及很多条文法规,教师若用外语单纯讲解很难讲清法律内在的逻辑关系,而且容易造成课堂气氛沉闷。在法学双语教学中运用苏格拉底式教学法,一方面有利于锻炼学生运用外语思维的能力,另一方面可以引导激励学生参与课堂学习。In today's society,especially the large number who are both good law expertise,but also complex talent to skillfully use foreign language,so the Law of bilingual teaching gradually on the rise.However,legal studies involving many of the provisions and regulations,and teachers in a foreign language simply to explain difficult to clarify the legal inner logic relationship,and likely to cause classroom atmosphere dull.Law bilingual education in the use of the Socratic method,on the one hand conducive to exercise students' use of foreign language ability to think,on the other hand can guide and encourage students to participate in classroom learning.
