摘　　要：国内英语背诵研究虽然取得了一定的成绩,但是也存在研究面过窄、研究设计不理想和研究结论不一致等问题。由于国内英语背诵研究尚处于初步阶段,目前还缺乏背诵作为一种特殊的语言输入和输出方式与自然语言输入和输出的促学效果的对比研究,对背诵过程中学习者如何对语料加工的认知过程的研究也不够深入,这些均可成为今后背诵研究的方向。Despite the achievements made in the study of English recitation,there still remains a large room for its improvement.Currently,the problems include limited research scope,undesirable research design and contradictory conclusions.English recitation study is still at the preliminary stage.In the future,comparative studies between recitation input and natural input,recitation output and natural output,and the study on learners’ cognitive process of recitation are the potential field of research.
