CBI在地方院校大学英语教学中的应用现状——以渭南师范学院为例

摘　　要：CBI是为了促进学生语言水平的提高将语言和学科知识相结合的教学理念。其目的在于通过学生新知识的学习来提升其语言水平。笔者以渭南师范学院部分教师和学生为调查对象,调查分析了CBI在地方院校大学英语教学中的应用现状及其影响因素,最后提出了促进CBI较好地应用于地方院校大学英语教学中的一些建议,为地方院校大学英语教学改革起到积极地促进作用。CBI （Content -based Instruction） is a kind of teaching philosophy in which the language and some subject knowledge are combined each other to improve students＇ language competence. Its basic idea is to acquire language competence through learning the content by using the language. Taking some college English teachers and students at Weinan Normal University as study subjects, the paper analyzes the application of CBI in local college English teaching and the influencing factors, and puts forward some related suggestions to better the reform of college English teaching at local colleges.
