摘　　要：本文通过分析当前高校英语专业的现状,探讨了"创新型人才培养模式"的内涵、要求与规格,并以需求分析为切入点,在尊重学生需求的"学生主体性"理念下,提出了"创新型课程"设置的设想。This paper first analyzes the present situation of English discipline in colleges and universities,and then talks about the nature,requirement and objective of the training mode of innovative English language talents.With reference to the importance of the need analysis in the curriculum design,this paper focuses the needs of the students and puts forward the conception of ＂student-orientation＂,suggesting a curriculum design system of ＂creative courses＂.
