精益思想在高等学校人才培养中的应用

摘　　要：精益思想不但可以改变生产方式,而且可以改善教育系统。精益教育是精益思想在教育领域的拓展和创新性应用。本文阐述了精益思想的基本原则,运用精益思想优化课程设置、改善教育流程,重新定位教育的价值;以精益思想为指导,在高等学校推行精益教育,更新人才培养观念,构建模块化课程体系,推行准时制教学,全面提高教学质量。Lean thinking not only changes the way of production,but also perfects the educational system.Lean education is the expansion and innovative application of lean thinking in the educational field.The paper illustrates the basic principle of lean thinking,applies lean thinking to optimize the curriculum offering and to perfect teaching procedure,and relocates the value of education;with the guidance of lean thinking,universities and colleges should implement lean education,innovate the concept of training talents,construct module-based curriculum system,implement punctual teaching,and improve the teaching quality comprehensively.
