摘  要:近10多年,高校实验室不断地快速建设和发展,但是,由于实验教师、实验技术人员收入较低、实验技术水平较低、待遇较低的"三低现象",使实验室建设和实验教学的发展遇到了前所未有的瓶颈。提出了提高高校实验教师队伍层次,使实验教室队伍结构合理化的对策。In recent more than years,the laboratories in colleges and universities have been developing rapidly.As a result,it comes to be necessary for experimental teachers and experimental technicians to keep up with the times.However,there are three low aspects for experimental team,i.e.,low-level of education,low-level of experiment technique,low salary,which make the bottlenecks in the development of experimental team.So colleges and universities must pay attention to the problem of how to improve the levels and framework of experimental team as soon as possible.
