摘　　要：以模糊数学理论为基础,建立毕业论文模糊评判模型。This paper tries to establish obscure comment model of thesis for graduation based on the obscure mathmatical theory. This model can be used to evaluate the thesis and explain the process and final result of evaluation through examples.
