摘　　要：本文介绍了法国、美国、英国以及我国食品接触金属烹饪器具不粘性能标准现状,分析了我国与法国、美国、英国不粘性能要求存在的差异,并提出了完善我国金属烹饪器具不粘性标准的建议。The status of food contact metal cookware standards about non-stick was introduced in this study, which analyzed the differences between the non-stick of France, America, Britain and China standards, advanced the advices for advancing standards.
