摘　　要：=在以就业为导向的办学方向指导下，根据高职会计专业就业的目标岗位和岗位胜任条件分析，构建了一种“对岗施教”的课程体系，包括整个课程体系框架的确定，以及各岗位课程的教学内容安排和教学活动组织上需注意的事项（以中小企业会计岗位为例）。In the direction of running under the guidance of the employment-oriented, breaking the original disciplinary cur- riculum system, the goal posts of vocational accounting professional employment and job competence conditions to build a ＂teaching according to the position＂ curriculum system, including the entire coursethe determination of the framework and points to note in the course content of each position arrangement and organization of teaching activities, the latter as an example to the target positions in the core positions in small and medium enterprises accounting positions.
