省级农科院与高校联合培养研究生的模式初探——以浙江省农业科学院与高校联合培养为例

摘　　要：随着研究生招生规模的逐年扩大,省级农科院与高校联合培养研究生已成为一种全新的研究生培养模式。文章阐述了浙江省农业科学院与高校联合培养研究生的概况及培养模式,分析了省级农科院与高校联合培养研究生的优势,剖析了联合培养研究生过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应对策,以期更加有效地利用合作培养单位双方的最有利资源,使培养的研究生能够更加紧密地理论联系实际生产,培养其更强的实践能力和创新能力。With the enlargement of postgraduate enrolling scale, united training between provincial academies of agricultural sciences and universities has became a new mode of training postgraduate students. Brief situation and training mode of united training between Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and universities was discussed in the paper. Advantages of this training mode were analyzed and problems were pointed out. Corresponding measures were put forward for utilizing all the resources of both departments, integrating theories with practicality, training postgraduates to be more practical and innovative.
