摘　　要：基于我国统筹城乡教育发展大背景,结合重庆市城乡二元结构突出及统筹城乡教育建设实践,着力构建基于教育基尼系数基础上的基础教育内涵发展均衡度监测评估指标体系。区域教育的均衡发展,必须以先进的理念为指导,以科学的方法为支撑,构建合理的基础教育内涵发展均衡度评估指标以促进教育均衡的良性发展。Taking urban and rural education as a whole,highlighting the dualistic urban-rural education structure of Chongqing Municipality,this article,on the basis of educational gini coefficient,aims at constructing a balance-degree assessment index system for connotation development of basic education.The writer comes to the conclusion that balanced development of regional education must be directed by advanced educational philosophy,and supported by scientific methods.A reasonable assessment index system will surely promote the balanced development of education.
