体育教育中教育惩戒缺损现实与修补研究

摘　　要：体育教育惩戒在我们的教育实践中已经出现缺损。缺损现实表现为教师不敢或少于运用正常的教育惩戒、缺乏执行内容与程序细则以及缺乏理论指导三方面。体育教育惩戒的缺损因素在于教育大环境、外界对学校教育惩戒教育作用的曲解、传统与新教育理念博弈而致行为偏差和学校体育课程忽视课程精神层面社会属性的教育等方面。体育教育惩戒缺损需要从人人转变教育观念、改善教育环境、加强制度建设以及强化教育惩戒理论研究等几个方面进行修补。Deficiency of educational discipline in physical education has begun to emerge,which is expressed in three aspects: teachers'fear of using normal educational discipline,lack of performing contents and procedural details,and lack of theoretical directions.The deficiency can be attributed to the following factors: the general educational environment,people's misinterpretation of the role of educational discipline in school,behavioral deviances caused by the game between traditional and new educational concepts,the negligence of spiritual level in school PE.Physical Education should remedy the deficiency from the above aspects.
