摘　　要：心智技能作为心理学理论已被世界各国所认同,并且成为了世界各国教学理论研究的重要内容,因此,它的理论对于研究音乐视唱练耳的教学有着极其重要的作用,运用它指导教学,可以有效提高教学效果。Mental skills training is a basic theory course,which has been accepted by many countries all over the world.It is also regarded as an important content in the educational theory being studied in the world.Therefore,its theory plays an important role in the relative teaching of music course,and it has necessary relation with the solfeggio teaching.On the base of the theory,through the understanding of mental skills training,the evident effect has been achieved in the normal solfeggio teaching.
