海归不同创业阶段的嵌入性研究

摘　　要：嵌入性对海归创业具有重要的影响,充分利用嵌入性能够提升海归创业成功的几率。根据创业的三个阶段机会识别、资源获取和企业创建、企业成长与发展,从认知嵌入性、政治嵌入性、结构嵌入性和文化嵌入性四个维度分析嵌入性对创业的影响。研究发现在海归创业的不同阶段,嵌入性及其嵌入强度都有所不同,并在此基础上提出了未来的研究展望。Embeddedness has an important impact on returnees＇ entrepreneurship, taking full advantage of embeddedness can improve the chances of success of returnees＇ business. Based on three stages of entrepreneurship： opportunity recognition , resource access ＆ enterprise creation, growth ＆ development of enterprise ,analyzed the influence of embeddedness on returnees＇ venture in four dimensions： cognitive embeddedness, political embeddedness, structural embeddedness and culture embeddedness, and found out that in different stages of returnees＇ entrepreneurship embeddedness has different kind and strength, future research direction was pointed out based on the results.
