摘 要:为探讨学差生和学优生时间管理自我监控的差异,采用时间管理自我监控量表,对186名中学生进行调查。结果表明:学差生与学优生在时间管理自我监控及其各维度(时间规划除外)上存在显著差异,时间管理自我监控与学业成绩具有显著正相关,目标设置和主动性对学业成绩具有显著预测作用。因此,学差生的时间管理自我监控显著低于学优生,时间管理自我监控是影响学业成绩的重要因素。To explore the difference of students with excellent or poor academic performance in self - control of time management, 186 middle school students were investigated using self- control scale of time management. The results showed that: students with excellent academic performance were better significantly than those with poor academic performance in self - control of time management and its dimensions. There existed significant difference in self - control of time management and its dimensions ( except the dimension of time - planning) of middle school students with excellent or poor academic performance ; there was a significant positive correlation between self - control of time management and academic performance;the dimensions of goal -setting and activeness had significant predic- ting effects on academic performance. In conclusion, students with excellent academic performance were better than those with poor academic performance in self - control of time management which was an important factor of aca- demic performance.
