大学生自主创业存在的问题及解决策略

摘　　要：当前,我国大学生就业情况并不乐观,如何从根本上缓解大学生就业矛盾,已成为亟待解决的社会难题之一。在沉重的就业压力下,大学生自主创业无疑是解决问题的有效途径之一,然而自主创业一直没有取得突破性进展。存在社会经验不足、经营管理能力薄弱、融资渠道不畅等问题。高校应营造良好的创业大环境、提高学生自主创业素质、提供专业的创业教育,以提高创业教育的质量。Nowadays, the employment status of university students is not optimistic. It becomes one of social prob- lems urgently to ease the students from the contradiction of employment fundamentally. Under the heavy pressure, it is clearly an effective channel to solve the problem by college students starting their own businesses. However,with the problems of insufficient social experience and running and managerial capability, and blocked funding channels, self- running business by students could not make a breakingthrough development. The colleges and universities should construct good business environment,improve entrepreneurship quality of students, and offer professional en- trepreneurship education, so as to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education.
